Rail Skates
- RS-1: Cast ductile alloy, weighs 15 lbs, prevents flat spots, durable yet easy to handle
- RS-2: Cast ductile alloy, weighs 30 lbs, designed for heavy-duty use and wheel protection
- RS-3: Weighs 20 lbs, fabricated steel rail skate, ideal for flat switching and hump yards
Axle Assemblies
Nolan wheel, axle, and bearing assemblies are adaptable for use on push cars, trailers, and similar maintenance-of-way equipment.
- The 74 Series axle assemblies come complete with one-piece tapered steel axle, two pillow block roller bearings, and two tapered bore 16” or 20” cast ductile iron wheels
- 74 Series assemblies are available in both insulated and non-insulated models
Bumping Posts
Nolan bumping posts provide a cushioned stop by transferring impact force into the ties, helping protect rail cars at track ends.
- Designed for standard 56-1/2″ (1,435 mm) track gauge
- HDBP: Clamps to rails at all four corners
- HDBP-TR: Bolts through rails – no spiking or center rail required
- Optional CH Cushion Head compatible with both models
Hinged Derails
Nolan hinged derails provide a low-profile, fixed solution for safely derailing rail cars and locomotives.
- Two sizes cover rail sizes 70 to 141 lbs, available in both single- and double-end options
- Carbon steel construction derails all rolling stock
- 2-3/4″ low-profile height with longer block for smoother deflection
- Installs easily with integrated base – no shimming, strapping, or braces needed
